Our approach

We always start by looking at the coat and skin. Then we choose products, techniques and timing for your dog: their coat, their age, their character. We never rush, because a calm dog is also a better groomed dog.

A full groom includes

Bath with quality products, chosen for the coat type
Drying and brushing
Scissor or clipper cut, depending on the coat and your preferences
Nail trimming and ear cleaning
Final finishing

Average duration: one and a half to two hours.

How we set the price

Every dog is different, so we prefer a tailored quote to a fixed price list. The price depends on:

size and weight
coat type and length
knots or matted fur
added treatments

For anxious, senior or first-time dogs

How often should I bring my dog?

It depends on the coat type. We’ll talk about it together at the first visit.

We work calmly, without forcing, and we stop when needed.

Can I stay during the service?

Yes, you can. We usually suggest you don’t, though: when dogs hear their owner’s voice, they tend to get excited and look for you. Upstairs there is a quiet waiting area where you can relax while we take care of your dog.
